Even if you use a sunscreen products avoid sunbathing for a long tine and during intensive lunch sun (11:00-16:00). Use sun protection factor appropriate to your skin. Repeat application process particularly after sweating, swimming or drying with a towel to ensure uninterrupted sun protection.
