Unopened & Unused Skincare Items

We accept returns on skincare products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Once returned items are inspected and approved, you will receive either a replacement or store credit.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all ingestible products (including collagen supplements, teas, and powders) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Skincare items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are also non-returnable.
Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are final sale.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or damaged item.
 

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit or to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
